Trevor Meier and the History of On the Edge of Time Ministries
Born and raised in a Christian home in rural Saskatchewan, Trevor chose to follow Christ early in his childhood.  At the age of 5 while on the way home from church, Trevor piped up in the back seat of the car saying boldly to his parents, remind me never to become a preacher when I grow up!  Ten years later at a youth camp Trevor responded to the call of God on his life!  It was at the altar in that camp meeting where he experienced his first vision from the Lord; “It was like I was flying above the nations, and as I looked down I could see multitudes of people of all races reaching upward as though they needed something.  This image was forever branded on his heart.  God was calling Trevor to take the gospel message to the nations!  Upon graduating from High School, Trevor enrolled in Bible College where he completed his formal training and entered into full-time ministry as a youth pastor in Winnipeg, Manitoba at the age of 20.  Two years into the ministry there, a yearning grew in Trevor’s heart to see a demonstration of the Holy Spirit's power as seen throughout the Bible.  It was in a time of desperation that he wrote in his prayer journal; God, if I can’t have the fullness of your power as demonstrated in the book of Acts, I would sooner sell cars and make a living that way I want it all, or I want nothing!  Within two months of his cry of desperation, Trevor and his wife Melanie answered a call to be youth pastors in a church in St. Louis, Missouri.  It was after a unique experience with God in St. Louis that forever changed the way Trevor looked at ministry. Having tasted and walked in the supernatural presence of God in a powerful move of God while in St. Louis, Trevor has been wrecked for the ordinary.    In 1998, Trevor, Melanie, and new daughter Janelle moved to Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.   In 1999, Trevor connected with Travis Holownia and together a vision for motivational media assemblies was developed.  In 2001 Trevor and Melanie stepped out in faith and began to travel and preach with signs following. The message is that of Renewal, Revival, & Revolution! He and his wife Melanie have three children; Janelle, Sarah, and Carter. "It's time to be naturally supernatural" is his motto and life statement.  Trevor and Melanie are based out of Calvary Temple in Winnipeg, where they pastor the Link, a growing city-wide ministry for young adults.
